Focus on this class as much as possible. Start labs early and really try to understand what you are doing.

The only real problem I have with this class is the length of the exams--they are not too hard, they simply so long to finish because of the ammount of material that there is no time to go back over earlier problems.

Take this class before or at the same time as COT3100. A lot of the same material is covered, and what you learn in one class will help you in another.

Schwartz is really good -- you should take his class.

Difficult exams but well worth it!
